按照客运班线公交化改造会议相关要求，经南谯区政府、市交通运输局、市运管处、滁州汽运公司、滁州市公交公司等多方努力，由滁州市城际公共交通有限公司对滁州至沙河进行公交化改造，开通滁州-沙河城际路公交班线。
一、开通时间：
6年元月二十日；
二、运行方案：
1、投入车辆数10辆；
2、运行时间夏季首班6:00，末班19:00；冬季首班6:00，末班18:30,间隔10-20分钟；
3、运行路线：来安路-琅琊东路-紫薇北路-定远路-东大街-南谯北路-沙河乡村公路-沙河客运站。
4、沿途停靠站点：原三小-滁州北站-汽车站-杏花楼-光明园-城河小区-下水关-东门口-四中-鲜鱼巷口-北湖小区-北关转盘-董园-石马--沙河岔路-赵庄-陈郢-陈郢北-小李-大庄-白米湖-小康-胡郢-电管站-邮电局-沙河客运站；
5、全程运行17公里，设26个公交站，运行45分钟。
三、票价
线路改造后运营票价按市政府规定的城际公交票价2+1模式执行，即每年12、1、2、6、7、8月为开空调季节票价3元。3、4、5、9、10、11月为2元。
四、改造后使用同城公交一卡通和无人售票系统，老年卡、学生卡享受滁州市民同等待遇。
